Because we also handle your wireless purchasing, and carriers compensate us when we place business.
That means two things, and we'd rather you hear them from us. Your device orders, upgrades, and activations run through us — that's part of the arrangement, not a surprise in the contract. And you should hold us to the standard that makes it fair: we tell you when not to upgrade, and we cut lines that shouldn't exist, because a fleet you trust is worth more to us than a transaction.
If you'd rather buy devices elsewhere, we'll still manage the account — the price is different, and we'll tell you what it is up front.
